Shipping Policy

My main posting days are Wednesday to Friday but I will ship outside these times whenever possible.

I will post 2nd class unless 1st class is requested and additional fees are paid.

I will always try to find the cheapest postage and will use royal mail or Evri depending on the size and weight of your order.

I am happy to combine postage of items.

Return & Exchange Policy

If a parcel arrives damaged please let me know and I will do my upmost to solve this either by exchange, refund or a replacement if I have one available.

Proof of damage will be asked for, including damaged packaging and goods.
